❌ Deactivation of FPX and GrabPay

After careful evaluation, we have decided to deactivate the FPX payment & GrabPay option. This decision was made due to internal process challenges in tracking transactions through the system, which have impacted overall efficiency. Additionally, we have received feedback from applicants who encountered confusion and misunderstandings during the tokenization process when using these payment methods. To address these concerns, FPX and GrabPay will be temporary disabled starting from the effective date mentioned above.

✅ Auto-debit is Mandatory

Auto-debit via card payment remains the mandatory method for all transactions on our platform. To avoid service interruptions, please ensure your card details are up to date. Auto-debit via card offers several advantages:

• Convenience of Auto-recurring billing – No need to initiate payments manually.
• Prevention of Missed Payments – Stay on track with timely billing.
• Continuous Access to Services – Ensures uninterrupted coverage services from our platform.
