Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is strictly limited to new Carers and Carer accounts that were closed or terminated before 31 August 2026 and wish to rejoin. Existing Active Carers, transferred accounts, reactivated Closed accounts with existing benefits, and any accounts closed after the promotion launch date for the purpose of joining this promotion shall not be eligible for this promotion.

• The free annual fee entitlement starts from the registration date.

• Full deposit payment is required during registration.

• Trial members do not participate in Crowd Share during their first month. Crowd Share participation begins from the second month after 30-day trial period and successful continuation.

• Full applicable benefits become effective after successful completion of the trial period.

• Membership will automatically continue after the trial period ends if no cancellation request is submitted.

• If a Trial Active Carer cancels the subscription during the trial period, the full Sharing Deposit paid during registration shall be refunded.

• If membership is terminated, lapsed, or suspended, the promotion benefit may be revoked and will not be reinstated.

• Upon successful creation of an applicant account, the referral code status (whether a referral code was provided or not) shall be final and not subject to any amendment, addition, or modification.

• Referral rewards are not payable upon registration and will only be processed upon the referred Carer’s successful completion of the 30-day trial period, membership confirmation, and fulfilment of all applicable eligibility requirements.

• All rewards are processed on monthly basis and will be disbursed in the subsequent month to a valid bank account. The Recurring Referral Rewards will only be processed after the referred Carer has successfully made the annual fee payment and will be disbursed in the subsequent month. Gathercare shall not be held responsible for any loss arising from incorrect, invalid, or unsuccessful bank account details.

• For any cancellation, termination or account closure after the trial period, all paid and prepaid fees are strictly non-refundable.

• This promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

• Gathercare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
