2. During the promotion period, grab and prepay your next annual fee to secure your eligibility.

• From 3rd year until 6th year, enjoy your discounted annual fee at RM150 per year.

❗Note: Already paying less than RM150? No worries — you’ll keep your current rate!

• From 7th year onwards, your annual fee will be completely FREE for life!

1. Go to “Account” and click “Manage Carer”.

2. Choose a carer account and click “Grab Now”.

❗Note: For split annual fee payment, the “Grab Now” option will be available once full payment is completed.

3. Prepay and complete advance payment for next annual fee.

4. Done! You’ve successfully secured the promotion 🎉

⚠️ Important Note to Referrer

If a carer joins this promotion, the referrer will not receive the following rewards.

• 10% Subsidy

However, the referrer will continue to enjoy referral fee up to the 6th year.

• 1st year until 6th year: RM50/year Referral Fee
• 7th year onwards: RM30/year Referral Fee

Terms & Conditions

-      The annual fee will continue to be charged according to the pricing table shown for the first 6 years. From the 7th year onwards, the annual fee will be waived for life.

-      In cases of early termination or account closure, all paid and prepaid fees are strictly non-refundable.

-      This promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

-      The upgrade benefit is only valid upon successful full payment of both the current annual fee and the prepaid annual fee, failure to complete payment within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the promotion entitlement.

-      If membership is terminated, lapsed, or suspended, the promotion benefit may be revoked and will not be reinstated.

-      This promotion only applies to annual fee adjustments and does not affect existing medical benefits and coverage.

-      Upon successful creation of an applicant account, the referral code status (whether a referral code was provided or not [empty code]) shall be final and not subject to any amendment, addition, or modification.

-      Gathercare reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

-      Gathercare reserves the right to reject or cancel participation if any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.
