How It Works

  1. Effortless Invites: Share your referral code and info with just one click to invite your friends.
  2. Valid Referral: A referral is successful when your friend adds an Active Carer with your referral code and completes the payment process.
  3. Monthly Payout: All related rewards will be disbursed to your registered bank account in the subsequent month following each valid referral.


Terms & Conditions

1. A referral is only valid once the Referee registers with the Referrer’s unique referral code, successfully adds a New Active Carer and completes the payment.

2. Each Referee will permanently belong to their Primary Referrer, even if the account was previously terminated, rejoined, or has yet to add any Carers.

3. Referees must be new users who have never registered with Gathercare. For users who previously registered but closed their accounts:

  • Closed before 1st January 2026: Rejoining users will be recognized as New Users and are eligible for the First Year Referral Fee and Personal Referral Extra Bonus.
  • Closed after 1st January 2026: Rejoining users remain linked to their Primary Referrer but are only eligible for the MYR 50 Recurring Referral Rewards. Referrer will not be entitled to the First Year Referral Fee and Personal Referral Extra Bonus.

4. Referrers may only use official Gathercare posts or public marketing content for promotional purposes.

5. All rewards are processed on a monthly basis and will be disbursed in the subsequent month to a valid bank account. The Recurring Referral Rewards will only be processed after the referred Carer has successfully made the annual fee payment, and will be disbursed in the subsequent month. Gathercare shall not be held responsible for any loss arising from incorrect, invalid, or unsuccessful bank account details.

6. Either the Primary Referrer’s or the Referee’s account is closed, they will lose eligibility for rewards, and all future payouts will be forfeited.

7. All valid referral information, including key milestones and account application statuses, will be displayed with clear progress indicators.

8. Gathercare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program and its terms at any time without prior notice.

9. Gathercare reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke all rewards in cases of fraudulent, abnormal, or suspicious behaviour.

10. Any form of misuse or abuse of the Gathercare name, logo, or brand elements is strictly prohibited.
